Providing our management team quality of life where they can persue family and personal goals outside the restaurant continues to be an important part of our culture. To ensure guest satisfaction, a manager is scheduled at all times in the front of the house.* We also provide that manager piece of mind that the back of the house manager is helping make sure the kitchen continues to run smoothly as the FOH manager ensures guest satisfaction. This dual management team system consistently allows our managers to handle our guests needs and often surpass them. Each manager will rotate shifts providing a wide variety of hours and responsibilities within each week. We want you to enjoy what you do as our guests always notice that about our teams!
We also offer great positions within our culinary staff. Currently we have two Culinary Institute of America trained chefs on staff. We put a tremendous amount of emphasis on our "center of the plate" and if you have a background in culinary arts we would like to talk to you as well!
